Meiosis II

Prophase II

In Prophase II, the nuclear envelope breaks down, and the spindle fibers begin to form.

Anaphase II

In Anaphase II the sister chromatids and centrimeres are separated and pulled to opposite ends of the cell with spindle fibers.

Metaphase II

In Metaphase II the sister chromatids line up in the middle.

Telophase II

In Telophase II a nuclear envelope forms around each set of chromosomes, then cytokenisis occurs and four haploid daughter cells are produced.
